Providing on-the-ground consulting for CEOs to bridge HQ and regional offices, aligning teams across cultures to achieve goals, meet KPIs, and foster open-door policies. Delivering tailored training on software and compliance, while helping teams understand their impact on business goals and how it benefits them.

  • Being an international consultant in global information services is not always confined to the English-speaking world.

    That’s where I come in. Speaking six languages, I live and breathe to connect multinational and global institutions, consulting firms, and investment firms with high-net-worth individuals and subject matter experts.

    With broad experience supporting Western companies, from private equity to consumer businesses, I have also connected companies to appropriate vendors, suppliers, and agencies across various markets for successful business deals, events, and documentaries in retail, fashion, finance, research, manufacturing, and journalism.

    I am not an agency. I don’t outsource. I pride myself on building real relationships as a personable expert network consultant in global information services, who will be with you every step of the way, across every border.

  • I also provide personal on-the-ground vendor and partnership sourcing for you as both your advocate, advisor, and translator here in Korea and East Asia.

    Here are some of the service use cases I have done:

    1. Sourced third party vendors for business deals and campaigns.

    2. Acted as clients' communications broker/translator to bridge business deals between clients and target VIPs or vendors, managed open door policies between regional staff and HQ, and relayed critical messaging between clients and sourced vendor(s).

    3. Organized pop-up events for large name brands

    This service is B2B only, and can be provided in Japanese, Mandarin, and on-the-ground work in Korean in Seoul. I do not take any queries to work in sales. French and Farsi translation work is also available upon request.

  • I use my language and communication skills to bridge regional teams of multinational firm. I work to get your regional teams on the same page by:

    • Bridging local understanding between HQ and regional offices/teams

    • Bridging open door policy between management and staff in Asia

    • Ensure teams have an understanding of their impacts on company goals

    • Implement global compliance, or additional training at a local level
